Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, client services, financial administration, account management or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with invoicing, spreadsheets, payment administration or financial reporting.
• Confidence communicating with clients and coordinating internal teams.
• Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and priorities.
• Proactive mindset with initiative to identify and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Discipline and independence to work effectively from home.
• Availability to work remotely from Melbourne, Victoria.
