In this role you will maintain client notes, manage communications, and ensure SLA and compliance guidelines are followed. The position focuses on client interactions and platform navigation, not regulated advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm client communication within Assetara workspace.

• Manage client queues, SLA compliance, and proactive outreach where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client notes in the CRM without exposing personal data.
• Escalate red flags and compliance issues per company rules.
