Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Chemistry Subject Matter Expert to design advanced chemistry problems and evaluate AI reasoning across organic chemistry, biochemistry, and related fields.

This remote hourly contract offers flexible, asynchronous work and the chance to shape how AI handles complex science tasks. You will collaborate with researchers to build benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master’s level chemistry, provide clear written feedback, and manage your own schedule while contributing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemistry or related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly in writing.

Responsibilities

• Design advanced chemistry problems to rigorously test AI performance across domains.
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with well-structured reasoning and scientific accuracy.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, depth of reasoning, and overall quality.
• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level chemistry.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
