Job summary

Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our remote operations, delivering quality meals to mining communities. Roles are based in Cooma region with a 14:7 roster and long-term career growth potential on site.

Candidates should hold a Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery, have bulk catering experience, and be able to work in remote, challenging environments while maintaining HACCP standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Able to work in remote environments and pass pre-employment tests.

• Prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services.
