Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business & Data Analyst.
• Experience in US Property & Casualty insurance, claims management, or insurance tech.
• Familiarity with claims workflows, policy administration, and insurance data.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, data migration, and system integrations.
• Proven ability to translate complex business processes into functional requirements and specifications.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with US-based insurance customers to understand workflows and challenges.
• Translate needs into detailed functional requirements, solution designs, and acceptance criteria.
• Map requirements to Five Sigma platform capabilities and define configurations.
• Own source-to-target data mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation criteria.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and technical teams to evaluate solution approaches.
• Define test scenarios and validate configurations, workflows, and migrated data.
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
