Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Business & Data Analyst in SaaS or enterprise tech.
• Experience in US Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, claims management, or insurance tech.
• Familiarity with claims workflows, policy administration, and insurance data.
• Experience with enterprise software implementations, data migration, and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with customers to understand claims operations and translate needs into functional requirements.
• Analyze customer data structures, quality, and business meaning; own source-to-target mappings and migrations.
• Define test scenarios, validate configurations and migrated data; support UAT and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with customers, Delivery Managers, Product, and Engineering; maintain clear documentation.
