Zusammenfassung

Quantum Behaviour is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Practitioner to design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS participants, improving quality of life and goals attainment. You will work with clients, their networks, and our clinical team to assess needs and create person-centred plans.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification, at least 2 years’ experience with complex behaviour supports, travel readiness and NSW driver’s licence.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, social work, applied behaviour analysis, behavioural science, occupational therapy or related field.
• Australian citizenship is required to be eligible for this position.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering supports to people with complex behaviour support needs.
• Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support principles, including person-centred supports and individualised planning.
• Current NSW C Class Driver’s Licence, comprehensive CNP and willingness to travel (travel reimbursement provided).
• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Behaviour Support Practitioner registration with the NDIS Commission or willingness to obtain.
• Willingness to maintain CPD requirements per Quantum Behaviour’s procedures.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants.
• Conduct Behaviour Support Needs Assessments with clients and their networks.
• Develop plans that respond to participant goals and enhance quality of life.
• Collaborate with families, carers and support teams to implement plans.
• Travel as required and travel costs are reimbursed.
