TesseractApps Pty Ltd is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting of NDIS providers from a home-based role in Australia. You will initiate conversations, qualify leads, and book demos for our BDMs, with clear progression into full-cycle sales.

The role offers remote work across Australia, a base salary of AU$75,000 plus super, and on-target earnings of AU$99,000+ with uncapped commission as you hit targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and appointment setting with measurable results.
• Clear, confident communication on phone and in writing.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business via calls, email, LinkedIn and outbound channels.
• Research and qualify providers against ICP before booking meetings.
• Book a steady flow of qualified demos for BDMs.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records in Salesforce.
• Represent the company at expos and networking events in Australia.
