Job summary

Ovolo Sydney is seeking a Bar Supervisor for Monster Kitchen and Bar on a 7-day rotating roster. You will run day-to-day bar operations, supervise shifts, and ensure staffing levels are appropriate to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day bar operations, ensuring shifts are appropriately staffed and effectively managed.
• Oversee Bar operations to maximise efficiency, service delivery and adherence to standards.
• Design and deliver training initiatives for the team on product knowledge, menus and service standards.
• Monitor service standards and act on deviations, including performance management where needed.
• Control billing procedures, floats and cash handling; manage cash and payments.
• Oversee beverage selection and regular stock takes; align with budgeted costs.
• Establish and maintain service level standards; develop supplier relationships.
