Set Up My Offshore is seeking a skilled bookkeeper/accountant for a remote role based in Australia. You will handle AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll, and month-end reporting while ensuring compliance with Australian taxation and BAS requirements. Collaboration with the existing remote team is essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Xero, Xero Tax, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro, plus a relevant bachelor’s degree. The position supports remote work across Australia.

Competenze

• This role requires experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping, preferably with Australian taxation entities.

Mansioni

• Enter supplier invoices and purchase orders
• Process supplier payments
• Create and issue invoices
• Send payment reminders and follow up outstanding accounts
• Prepare supplier payment schedules and ABA files
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet items
• Reconcile inter-entity loans and operational reconciliations
• Process payroll and superannuation payments
• Prepare month-end accounts and management reports
• Prepare and review P&L and Balance Sheet reports
• Prepare Instalment Activity Statements and BAS
• Communicate with clients and work with remote team
