Job summary

JobAdder Operations Pty in Australia is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for a portfolio of clients in a fully remote role. You will handle payroll, BAS, IAS, STP, and bank reconciliations, while building strong client relationships and expanding skills in budgeting and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience, strong Xero proficiency, and comfort working across multiple accounts with a remote team.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years' bookkeeping across multiple clients
• Strong Xero experience required
• Experience with Australian GST, BAS and IAS
• Ability to manage deadlines across multiple accounts
• Payroll experience desirable

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping across multiple client accounts
• Build relationships with clients and communicate directly
• Process payroll and superannuation with Award compliance
• Prepare BAS, IAS, STP finalisation, payroll tax
• Conduct bank reconciliations in Xero
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports
• Assist with budgeting and client requirements
• Collaborate with team and keep work organized
