Job summary

Executive Distributors is a family owned wholesaler based in Queensland, seeking a high-performing Appointment Generator to join a fast-paced outbound team. This remote role focuses on initiating contact with prospects, scheduling meetings for the BDM, and building initial relationships to drive revenue.

You will work from home across Australia, using CRM systems and LinkedIn to identify leads, while targeting growth and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• At least a year of experience in a sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting role (remote work is a bonus!).
• Excellent communication whether its on the phone, via email, or through chat, you know how to keep people engaged and interested.
• You're results-driven with a strong work ethic and are ready to hit your goals.
• You've got a knack for starting conversations and building relationships quickly, getting them to share needs.
• You are comfortable using CRM systems, LinkedIn, email tools, and will be trained if needed.

Responsibilities

• Reaching out to potential clients to generate meetings and opportunities.
• Setting appointments for the sales team to take over (discovery calls, demos, consultations).
• Building relationships and understanding client needs to drive long-term partnerships.
• CRM management to track outreach and follow-ups and keep data organized.
• Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth transitions from outreach to closing.
