Cw is hiring a self-motivated Appointment Generator to drive growth from anywhere in Australia. You’ll be the first point of contact, building relationships with potential clients and teeing up meetings for our sales team in a fully remote setup.

You’ll reach out via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, schedule discovery calls, demos, or consultations, and keep CRM records organized. If you’re results-driven and collaborative, this is for you.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation or appointment-setting.
• Excellent communication via phone, email, or chat.
• Results-driven with a strong work ethic and goal orientation.
• Able to work independently in a fully remote setup.
• Must be based in Australia and legally eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients via cold calls, emails, or LinkedIn.
• Set up discovery calls, demos or consultations for the sales team.
• Build relationships by understanding client needs and interests.
• Maintain accurate activity and follow-up records in the CRM.
