Job summary

Ethos is seeking senior consultants to help train an AI language model on professional presentation tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated slide decks for top-tier client work, focusing on storyline development, executive summaries, slide structure, and data-driven exhibits.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years at a leading strategy firm, exceptional PowerPoint skills, and a meticulous eye for detail. This is a fully remote role with flexible 5–20 hours per week and ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a senior consultant at a top strategy firm (e.g. McKinsey, BCG, or Bain).
• Deep expertise in structured communication, storylining, and slide craftsmanship.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop storyline and executive summaries for client-facing decks.
• Produce client-ready decks with data-driven exhibits and polished visuals.
