Teradata is seeking an AI Sales Engineer to serve as the regional AI specialist for Asia Pacific and Japan, driving enterprise AI demonstrations, workshops, and proof‑of‑concept engagements across APJ. You’ll partner with Enterprise and Growth sales teams across APJ, building reusable assets and best practices that elevate the technical capabilities of the broader presales organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in presales, solution architecture, AI engineering or related roles.
• Experience leading enterprise AI PoCs from design to delivery.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG, vector search, and AI orchestration.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for live demos in customer environments.
• Degree in CS/Software Eng/Data Science or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise AI demonstrations and PoCs for APJ customers.
• Architect AI solutions and present to executive and technical audiences.
• Develop reusable AI assets and enablement materials for the team.
