Job summary

Future Supports in Shepparton and surrounds is seeking compassionate Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide in-home services for clients in the community. You will assist with personal care, domestic duties, respite and transport, with flexible part-time hours and opportunities for professional development.

A valid National Police Check and ND/WWC checks, a current driver’s license, influenza vaccination, First Aid/CPR, and Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent are

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Experience in in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport.
• Willingness to travel to client’s home; availability minimum 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with domestic duties and respite support for clients.
• Support transport to appointments and community activities.
• Travel to client homes as required by shifts.
