Job summary

Future Supports is seeking Support Workers/PCA's for in‑home care in Shepparton and surrounds, including remote settings. We value compassionate, reliable individuals with Aged Care qualifications and a willingness to travel to clients’ homes.

Minimum 3 days per week availability is required. Essential checks include National Police Check, NDIS/WWCC, valid driver’s licence, influenza vaccination, and a Current First Aid/CPR certificate.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Experience in providing in‑home personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport.
• Willingness to travel to client’s home and availability for at least 3 days per week.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS Screening/ WWCC.
• Valid driver’s licence and influenza vaccination.
• Current First Aid/CPR certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home personal care and domestic assistance for clients.
• Assist with respite and transport needs.
• Support clients in completing daily tasks, mobility and wellbeing.
• Travel to client homes within Shepparton and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
