Future Supports is seeking compassionate Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide in-home care in Shepparton and surrounding areas.

We value flexible 3 days per week availability, willingness to travel to clients' homes, and qualifications in Certificate III in Aged Care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
• Current National Police Check.
• NDIS Screening check/ Working with Children’s Check.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Influenza vaccination required annually.
• Reliable car with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and domestic assistance.
• Assist with respite and transport for clients.
• Travel to clients’ homes and adapt to care plans.
• Maintain safety and quality of service.
