Future Supports is seeking compassionate Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide in-home services in Shepparton and surrounds. You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, respite, and client transport, traveling to clients' homes as needed.

Qualified applicants with Certificate III in Aged Care and a valid First Aid/CPR certificate, patrol screenings, and a valid driver’s license are essential. Availability of at least 3 days per week is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent required.
• In-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to clients' homes; minimum 3 days per week.
• Current National Police Check and NDIS screening/WWCC required.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable car with insurance.
• Influenza vaccination required annually.

Responsabilités

• Provide in-home personal care and domestic assistance to clients.

• Support clients to maintain independence and safety in their own homes.
