Job summary

Future Supports is seeking compassionate Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers to provide in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite and transport for clients in the community across Victoria. Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent is preferred, with willingness to travel to clients' homes.

Key requirements include National Police Check, NDIS Screening, Working with Children’s Check, valid driver’s license, vaccination certificates (COVID-19 and influenza), First Aid/CPR,

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent required.
• Current National Police Check.
• NDIS Screening check and Working with Children’s Check.
• Valid driver’s license and car with insurance.
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate (2 minimum) and annual influenza vaccination.
• Current First Aid/CPR Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and domestic assistance to clients.
• Assist with respite and transport for clients as needed.
• Travel to clients’ homes across the service area.
• Support clients with everyday activities and ensure safety and dignity.

What we are looking for:

Aged Care Support Workers and Personal Carers

Summary:

We are looking for compassionate people with qualifications in Certificate III in Aged Care and experience in providing in-home personal care, domestic assistance, respite, and transport for clients.

We also welcome Support Workers to apply with a minimum level of experience to assist with domestic duties. Willingness to travel to client’s home. Availability – minimum 3 days per week

Requirements:

• Current National Police Check
• NDIS Screening check/ Working with Children’s Check
• Valid driver’s license
• COVID-19 vaccination certificate (2 minimum)
• Influenza vaccination (required annually)
• Relevant qualifications (Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.)
