Horse Veterinarian Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable Admin & Social Media Assistant to join our small team. This fully remote, casual role involves 2–4 hours per week, flexible hours and lightweight administration, client communication and social media tasks.

You will create content for newsletters, post on social platforms, and help with bookings and invoicing using EzyVet. Training is provided, and you work independently from home with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration or customer service is helpful but not required.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently from home.
• Comfortable using social media and basic computer systems.
• Good communication by phone and text.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admin tasks and client communications.
• Create content for newsletters and social media.
• Post social media stories and manage postings.
• Match payments to invoices in EzyVet.
• Send Google review requests to clients.
