Raise Foundation is seeking a reliable Accounts Assistant to support our Finance team with accounts payable, employee expenses and month‑end tasks, ensuring accurate day‑to‑day finances.

This permanent part‑time role is 15 hours per week, offers salary packaging, and the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Australia or from our Sydney office.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance or Business, or progress towards one.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts administration.
• Ability to complete weekly tasks reliably and independently, with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and employee expense claims accurately and on time.
• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Support month-end reporting and routine journals.
• Maintain accurate accounts records and provide AP administration.
• Assist with finance projects and other accounts tasks as needed.
• Provide AR cover during periods of leave.
