Virtue Talent Pty is seeking a strategic Remedial/Strata/Defects/Facade Associate Director/Technical Manager to lead and grow the Remedial business for a Sydney-based multidisciplinary engineering practice. The role offers a competitive salary ($160,000-$200,000) plus bonus and potential share options, with flexible hours and work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Civil or Structural Engineering degree from an Australian university.
• Leadership experience in remedial/strata, buildings forensics, facades and/or expert witness roles.

• Oversee up to 12 staff with two senior reports and mentor staff.
• Build and manage client relationships across diverse projects.
