Job summary

• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Experience in façade engineering and remedial building diagnostics.
• Strong reporting and communication skills; prepares engineering reports and client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Conduct façade inspections and building envelope investigations to assess condition and defects.
• Analyse findings, identify root causes, and develop remediation recommendations.
• Prepare repair specifications, sketches and technical documentation for remediation works.
• Provide technical support during procurement and construction, including site inspections and contractor liaison.
• Manage project tasks and coordinate with stakeholders while supporting client relationships.
