Job summary

RM Watson Pty Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery. The role manages day-to-day site operations, personnel, subcontractors, materials, budgets and client interactions, with a strong focus on program delivery and problem-solving.

On-site leadership and a collaborative approach are essential. This role suits a hands-on leader with a trade background and proficiency with construction software, who can interpret drawings

Qualifications

• A trade qualification in Carpentry or a related building trade.
• Extensive site supervision experience within the construction industry, ideally in remedial works.
• Proven ability to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors and deliver quality outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety and quality standards.
• Confidence interpreting drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• A collaborative leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Procore, SignOnSite or similar systems.
• Current Driver's Licence, White Card, Working at Heights and First Aid Certificate.
