Job summary

Evolve Talent in Sydney is partnering with a leading remedial builder to recruit a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations from start to finish, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and budget control.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors and clients to maintain quality outcomes and efficient site performance, lead toolbox talks, and drive programmes while upholding WHS standards and defect management. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification or tertiary qualification in Building & Construction (or related discipline).
• Proven experience delivering remedial construction projects in a Site Manager role.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation, site compliance, and safety management systems.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and subcontractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination
• Drive project programmes and ensure milestones are achieved
• Maintain high standards of WHS and site compliance
• Oversee quality assurance and defect management processes
• Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and trade sequencing
• Conduct toolbox talks and site meetings
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor productivity, workmanship, and programme performance
• Ensure projects are delivered to company and client expectations
