Job summary

RM Watson Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead major remedial/complex construction projects, with accountability for safety, quality, schedule and budget. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams and ensure adherence to contracts, standards and RM Watson requirements.

The role requires extensive delivery experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills, with a focus on client relationships and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering commercial construction projects, ideally in remedial or façade works.
• Sound knowledge of construction contracts, building standards and project delivery.
• Proven leadership of project teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
• Strong commercial, contractual and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Procore or similar project management systems.
• Current Driver's Licence and White Card.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of major projects or a portfolio of complex remedial works, ensuring safety, quality, program and financial performance.
• Oversee project teams from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual, legislative and RM Watson requirements.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors and clients to deliver on time and on budget.
