Job summary

Core Talent is partnering with a Sydney-based remedial contractor to appoint an experienced Contracts Administrator. You'll support the delivery of multiple remedial construction projects, typically valued between $1m and $9m, collaborating with Project Managers and site teams.

This role covers the commercial management of live projects, including subcontractor engagement, cost control, progress claims and variations.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within remedial, refurbishment or commercial construction.
• Exposure to remedial works such as concrete repair, façade upgrades, waterproofing or structural remediation (desirable).
• Experience supporting projects in the $2m-$9m range.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, procurement and cost control.
• High attention to detail with a methodical, solutions-focused approach.
• Proficiency with MS Office and construction systems such as Aconex, Procore or similar.

• Preparation, issue and management of subcontractor documentation and purchase orders
• Tracking project costs, variations, progress claims and payment schedules

The Role

As Contracts Administrator, you will support the delivery of multiple remedial construction projects, typically valued between $1m–$9m, working closely with Project Managers and site teams.

You’ll be involved in the commercial management of live projects, including subcontractor engagement, cost control, progress claims and variations. The role suits someone who enjoys working on technically detailed projects where problem-solving and accuracy are critical.
