JRG Recruitment is partnering with a well-established remedial building company to recruit a Projects & Contracts Administrator for the Greater Sydney Area. The role covers procurement, contract administration, and financial management across varied remedial projects.

You will work with Project Managers on site and in the office, build a career path toward Junior Project Manager, and benefit from a supportive culture and stable pipeline of repeat clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in contracts administration, project administration, or site administration within construction.
• Proficiency in procurement, subcontractor management and cost tracking beneficial.
• Engineering or construction management degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Procurement & subcontractor management and cost evaluations.
• Prepare monthly progress claims and manage contract variations.
• Track costs, changes, and closeout documentation in Procore.
• Assist with contract administration and risk management.
