Job summary
Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is seeking qualified Registered Nurses to support residents at Pulkapulkka Kari Flexible Aged Care in Tennant Creek, NT. The roles are full-time, permanent, require relocation, and include furnished shared housing.
You will deliver clinical care, lead and mentor staff, and uphold ARRCS quality care standards under the enterprise agreement. Relocation assistance, above-market hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package are included to
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification.
- Minimum 12 months experience as a Registered Nurse in an Australian health service.
- Knowledge of contemporary nursing practices.
- Experience in multidisciplinary and multicultural care teams.
- Desirable: IndigenousAustralian experience or remote-area work.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care within the scope of clinical practice.
- Lead and support less experienced staff.
- Develop, implement and monitor care plans.
- Coordinate with the ARRCS model of care and accreditation standards.
- Promote person-centred care planning and family involvement.
- Support staff orientation and ongoing education.
