Job summary

Australian Relocation Managers (ARM) is seeking several Relocation Consultants to assist individuals and families relocating to Sydney and nearby areas. The role blends relationship management, property inspections and advisory services in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

You will liaise with clients, conduct property research, present options, coordinate inspections and help with tenancy processes, all while delivering a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in relocation or real estate is beneficial.
• Flexibility to travel and work in metropolitan areas.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the client and understand relocation needs.
• Conduct property research and shortlist rental properties.
• Present property options to clients and coordinate inspections.
• Book inspections with real-estate agents and accompany clients.
• Assist with tenancy applications, lease signing and key collection.
• Support utilities connection and departure logistics.
