Job description

Chess Moving Sydney is looking for an International Removals Coordinator/Supervisor. This role manages specialized accounts including documentation, and customer communication involved in moving personal effects and household goods across international borders acting as the bridge between clients, shipping lines, and global partners.

Experience: While experience in international household goods relocations (1–2+ years) is advantageous, comprehensive training will be offered.

Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for client and stakeholder management.

Attention to Detail: Critical for accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office and industry-specific transport management systems (example Moveware) preffered.

Transport Management Systems: Moveware or similar transport management systems experience is preferred, however training will be provided to suitable candidate.

Organization: Ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.

Some Key Duties:

Liaise with Overseas Partners and Agents for competitive Destination/Origin Services and Rates.

Maintain informative and positive client relationships.

Coordinating with Case Managers of Specialized Accounts

Send export documentation to our partners and begin the documentation process for the exportation of goods, ensuring a seamless service for our clients.

Update specialized accounts supplier portals

Work closely with the International relocations Department.

Working Hours flexible - One day work from home available

This is a full time position, and is available for an immediate start (or will we will wait for your notice period to be completed).
