Job description

Allied Moving Services Newcastle is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team.

Your package is $80k - $95K p/a + Vehicle + Super (Depending on experience).

Allied Moving Services is the largest Relocation company in Australia, with 41 Branches around Australia, and over 500 Branches around the world. Previous experience in removals sales is advantageous, however is not required. A Great attitude, charismatic power, and most importantly, sales needs to be part of your DNA to make a good fit for this position.

The role is to complete in-home sales presentations to our clients on a daily basis. You will take control of the clients file, and move it through from the Inspection, to quote, and once won, assist operations with ensuring the clients key deliverables are met. This role requires someone who can work autonomously, while being able to fit in well, and contribute as part of a team.

Principle Accountabilities:

• To undertake sales presentations to potential customers, promoting the image and products of Allied Moving Services.
• To complete household inspections for International & Domestic removals as required, and assist clients in all aspects of moving.
• To develop accurate removals quotations, ensuring that meterage and packing calculations are correct, and each removal is profitable through application of appropriate margins, and that quotations are forwarded to clients accurately and quickly.
• To promote the Movecare product to all potential clients, with full compliance to FSRA Regulations.
• In conjunction with customer service, liaise and assist nominated clients in the understanding and completion of documentation.

Your Personal responsibilities will include the below functions:

• Confirm appointments with potential clients.
• Plan each day's sales activities.
• Undertake sales presentations.
• Assist with telephone quotations where required.
• Develop quotations and present to potential customers, obtaining confirmation of acceptance on quotation documents.
• Provide all potential clients with appropriate Company brochures and other material.
• Deal with customer enquiries as required.
• Follow up all quotations within 7 days of sending to potential clients.
• Ensure that all charges are arranged with clients prior to uplift of goods.
