Job summary

Carroll College in Broulee, NSW is seeking a Classroom Support Teacher to work with the Leader of Inclusive Education, designing intervention programs and supporting teachers to ensure inclusive access to the curriculum. This temporary appointment replaces a staff member on parental leave.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Teaching required; WWCC and NESA accreditation.

Job description

Salary Range:

$81,439 to $137,861 full-time equivalent plus superannuation. Salary is determined based on years of teaching service.

Employment Status:

Full-time | 12 to 16 Month Contract

About The Role

The Classroom Support Teacher works closely with the Leader of Inclusive education practices across the school, working collaboratively with the Principal, staff, and support teams to ensure students with diverse learning needs can access and succeed in the curriculum. You will design and implement targeted intervention programs, support teachers, and oversee personalised learning and assessment processes.

This appointment is temporary as it is to replace an employee who is on parental leave and the incumbent is entitled to return to work early in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009.
