Job summary

Compas PTY is seeking a Release Manager to lead end-to-end release coordination and oversee major incident management across critical aged care systems. You will ensure delivery, continuity and operational performance, working in a hybrid Canberra-based environment.

In this role you will drive planning, execution and service continuity, build strong stakeholder relationships, and continuously improve processes to minimise outages and maximise system availability.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating end-to-end releases across ICT environments.
• Proven ability to lead major incident response and triage.
• Experience managing BAU operations and service continuity.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
