Job summary

Challenger Limited is seeking a Release Manager for the CTU Transformation Program to own end-to-end release lifecycle across multiple workstreams. The role involves coordinating release planning, governance and deployment across technology and business teams within a 12-month engagement, with a focus on production readiness and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex releases in large programs.
• Strong governance, deployment coordination and readiness skills.
• Experience coordinating across business, operational and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the integrated release roadmap across multiple program workstreams
• Coordinate release planning, sequencing, dependency management and scheduling
• Establish and manage governance processes, including release readiness reviews and go/no-go approvals
• Partner with Project Managers, Technical Delivery Leads, Test Managers and Delivery Partners to coordinate releases
• Identify and manage release risks, issues, dependencies and deployment conflicts
• Coordinate cutover planning, deployment and transition into production
• Facilitate release governance forums and provide status to program leadership
• Oversee production verification, post-release stabilisation and continuous improvement
