Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional client service in a client-facing environment.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, prioritise and schedule work targets with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure within a compliance framework.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to clients in the office, greeting clients and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Deliver efficient, compliant administration to support clients.
• Proactively engage with clients and team members to keep client data up to date.
• Coordinate client meeting bookings for Canberra Adviser's calendars and prepare paperwork.
• Support day-to-day office operations, such as mailing and replenishing supplies.
