Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-5 years' experience as a financial adviser or in a related financial planning role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, superannuation and tax-effective wealth planning.
  • Current or ability to obtain relevant financial services licenses (e.g., Australian Financial Services Licensee accreditation).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients to understand objectives and circumstances.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join a growing team in Rockhampton. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact within the organization. As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial planning services to a diverse client base, leveraging your expertise to provide strategic advice and solutions.

Key responsibilities
  • Conducting comprehensive financial needs analyses for clients to understand their financial objectives and circumstances

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency with financial planning software and general IT systems
  • A professional demeanor and commitment to ethical business practices
  • Experience in business development and client acquisition is highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or business are preferred
