Job summary

HWL Ebsworth Lawyers is seeking a Relationship Manager to join our Client Relationship Program team. You will grow and manage relationships with banking and financial institution clients, acting as the primary BD contact and delivering tailored relationship plans.

The role supports flexible work arrangements and a collaborative, fast-paced culture. You will coach partners, understand client operations, and drive opportunities.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated attention to detail and strong analytical and written skills.
• Ability to coach and advise stakeholders effectively.
• Background in law, commerce, business or marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary business development contact for a portfolio of key clients.
• Support and broaden relationships with Banking and financial institutions clients.
• Develop and maintain understanding of clients' business operations and objectives.
• Create tailored relationship action plans for each client’s business areas.
• Identify client needs that translate into pursuit opportunities and connect with stakeholders.
• Drive initiatives and ensure delivery of commitments in action plans.
• Advise and coach partners on client relationship activities.
• Track progress on growth metrics and strategic deliverables.
• Provide insights on client events in conjunction with the marketing team.
• Collaborate with the client experience lead to gather client insights and opportunities.
• Manage the Client Care Program for allocated clients and seek value-added partnerships.
