Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing customer relationships, accounts or contracts in a business-to-business environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to interpret contracts, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Proven negotiation, problem-solving and influencing capabilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, independent and customer-focused approach.
• Sound commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Experience within utilities, agriculture, infrastructure or a related industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of business customers within the Virginia Pipeline Scheme and Northern Adelaide Irrigation Scheme.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through regular engagement and site visits.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for enquiries relating to water services, contracts and billing.
• Managing customer contracts, renewals and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating fault resolution and customer issues across multiple SA Water teams.
• Supporting billing, debt management and payment plan discussions where required.
• Working closely with technical specialists, engineers and planners to deliver customer outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery.
