Job summary

First Tech Federal Credit Union is seeking a Relationship Banker for its Studios West Experience Center in Redmond, WA. You will be a frontline financial partner handling routine transactions in person, by phone, and by email while building rapport with members and offering tailored products to meet financial goals.

You’ll work in a fast-paced team, meet quarterly targets, and participate in cross‑selling and referrals.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
6+ months in a fast-paced sales or customer service role.
Financial services experience preferred.
Bilingual English and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Process routine financial transactions for members in-person, over the phone, and by email.
Establish and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
Provide high-quality member service and address concerns promptly.
Identify and recommend products and services to meet members' needs.
Meet quarterly sales targets and participation in campaigns and referrals.
Complete required compliance training and stay updated on products.
Perform account maintenance and follow-up/outbound calls.
