Job summary

The Reintegration Team Leader at Ravenhall Correctional Centre, part of GEO Group Australia, leads Reintegration Specialists to deliver assessments, pre-release planning and supported reintegration for people in custody.

You will manage caseloads, supervise staff, ensure trauma-informed, strengths-based practice and collaborative partnerships to improve outcomes and reduce reoffending.

Qualifications

• To be successful in the role you will have a relevant tertiary qualification or substantial equivalent experience.
• Experience leading or coordinating a team delivering case management or related human services.
• Knowledge of evidence-informed rehabilitation, resettlement and reintegration practice.
• Ability to lead trauma-informed, strengths-based and person-centred practice.
• Experience managing workflow, caseload allocation and using data for performance and reporting.
• Skills in staff development, reflective supervision and performance management.
• Experience with transition planning, prerelease support and parole processes.
• Ability to ensure culturally responsive practice.
• Strong communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to build partnerships for improved service access and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and support to Reintegration Specialists, promoting an accountable team culture.
• Allocate and monitor caseloads and workflow to ensure timely service delivery.
• Provide structured supervision, feedback and staff development.
• Deliver and oversee pre-release planning and parole-related reintegration services.
• Ensure trauma-informed, motivational, strengths-based practice.
• Monitor records, attendance, progress and data quality; address gaps.
• Coordinate resources to achieve KPIs and service outcomes.
• Advise staff and partners on transition and reintegration, including attendance at pre-release meetings.
• Lead development and delivery of programs responsive to cohort needs.
• Ensure timely, high-quality risk assessments for case management.
• Audit reintegration plans for completion and risk alignment.
• Analyze service data to identify trends and improvements.
