Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a correctional environment or similar setting.
• Understanding of transition and reintegration issues.
• Ability to use risk assessment tools with individuals.
• Proficient in data management using Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support case management reviews and help track each person’s progress.
