Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in human services, welfare or related fields is desirable.
• Knowledge of prisoner transition and reintegration is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete risk and needs assessments and review each person’s progress.
• Coordinate reintegration programs and support people preparing for release.
• Work with prison staff and service providers to arrange programs, referrals and support.
• Maintain accurate records and program data to help plan and review services.
• Share information for parole planning and release decisions with Community Correctional Services.
