Responsabilités

• Manage reinsurance claims notifications, updates, recoveries and settlements with reinsurers and brokers.
• Monitor portfolios to maximise recoveries and timely resolution of claims.
• Build relationships with reinsurers, brokers, claims teams and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse contract coverage and advise on recoverability and obligations.
• Support reporting, data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives.
