InfraBuild Reinforcing is seeking a Reinforcing Solutions Engineer in Australia to apply AS 3600 expertise and lead market adoption of InfraBuild products and services with a focus on sustainability and profitability. You will collaborate with customers, guide product planning, and deliver technical proposals to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in reinforced and post-tension concrete design.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with stakeholder management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, ability to brief senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AS 3600 design expertise to identify and facilitate market entry of InfraBuild products, processes and services.
• Partner with direct customers to embed InfraBuild offerings in all project lifecycle stages.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand market penetration.
• Support product planning and go-to-market activities with market knowledge.
• Prepare and deliver technical documents and presentations to educate, influence and support customers.
• Collaborate with Trade, Innovation, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to achieve deliverables.
