JBS Beef City Plant in the Toowoomba region is seeking a Rehabilitation & Return to Work Coordinator for the PM shift. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will drive workplace health and safety, rehabilitation, and return-to-work programs, coordinating injury management and liaising with medical providers.
The role requires strong WHS knowledge, experience in injury management and the ability to lead on-shift rehabilitation efforts while engaging with a wide range of employees and stakeholders.

Specialising in grain-fed beef production, the plant employs approximately 850 employees with a current processing capacity of 945 cattle per day and has a strong reputation for producing high quality grain fed beef for key domestic and international customers.
JBS Beef City is currently seeking a WHS & Rehab Coordinator to join the Afternoon Shift team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for employee relations and site processes relating to Workplace Health & Safety, Rehabilitation, and Return to Work. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering a strong safety culture that promotes the health, wellbeing, and safety of all team members.
Your key responsibilities will include:
