Job summary

Rehab Management, part of the Arriba Group, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Frankston, Victoria to support injured workers’ recovery and return-to-work plans.

This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid office-based work, salary based on experience plus superannuation, and a strong focus on practical recovery outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work or Masters in Psychology.
• Registration with ASORC, AASW or AHPRA is required.
• Have full Australian working rights and a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Graduate, early-career or experienced.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Collaborate with health professionals, employers and insurers to coordinate recovery.
• Conduct assessments and prepare clinical recommendations and reports.
• Visit workplaces and develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and treating health professionals about suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention, workplace wellbeing and sustainable outcomes.
