Job summary

Arriba Group, via Rehab Management, is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Adelaide, South Australia to oversee safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Permanent, full-time role with office-based work and hybrid options. Salary is based on experience plus superannuation, with additional benefits and incentives available.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy or Nursing.
• Registration with AHPRA or ESSA is required.
• Full Australian working rights and a current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Experience in occupational rehabilitation or strong clinical background is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support injured workers through recovery and return-to-work journey.
• Coordinate with health professionals, employers and insurers.
• Prepare clinical recommendations and reports from assessments.
• Visit workplaces to develop graduated return-to-work plans.
• Liaise with doctors and health professionals on suitable timeframes.
• Educate employers on injury prevention and workplace wellbeing.

Help injured workers achieve safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes as a Rehabilitation Consultant based in Adelaide, South Australia.
Employment type: Permanent, full time
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
Work arrangement: Office-based with hybrid working
Salary: Based on experience + superannuation

Duties

• Support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey.

Skills & experience

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Osteopathy OR Registered Nursing.
• Hold registration with AHPRA or ESSA Registration
• Have full Australian working rights and an Australian Driver's Licence.
• Bring a customer-focused, quality-oriented approach to complex psychological injuries.
• Experience level: Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience OR strong clinical experience
