Big Umbrella in Launceston is seeking an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist to join the local team. Hybrid work from home options and a strong focus on return-to-work programs are offered, with supportive leadership and opportunities for professional growth.

The role involves managing a mid-sized Same Employer caseload across Workers' Compensation, DVA, Motor Vehicle and non-compensable referrals, plus ergonomic assessments and stakeholder liaison to achieve RTW

Formación

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist.
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehab or Clinical experience.
• Team player with multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively manage a caseload of Same Employer clients.
• Work across Workers' Compensation, DVA, Motor Vehicle, Life Insurance & non-compensable referrals.
• Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments.
• Attend case conferences and liaise with stakeholders to develop RTW plans.
• Build relationships and generate repeat referrals.
• Work toward tailored targets; no full caseloads for new Consultants.
• Client visits, allocated to be near your local area.
• Provide training and coaching to other team members.

The Role

• Work across Workers' Compensation, DVA, Motor Vehicle, Life Insurance & non-compensable referrals
• Perform Initial, Workplace, Functional & Ergonomic Assessments
• Attend case conferences, liaise with stakeholders & develop RTW plans to achieve outcomes
• Build strong relationships & generate repeat referrals
• Work towards reasonable targets that are tailored to your experience level - no full caseloads for new Consultants!
• Client visits, allocated as close to your local area as possible
• Provide training & coaching to other team members (for experienced Consultants), in line with your skills & areas of interest

The Ideal Candidate

• AHPRA-Registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist
• 1 year+ Workplace Rehab or Clinical experience valuable - graduates warmly welcomed to apply
• A team player, you enjoy collaborating in a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Motivated to help clients return to work, health & function
• Driver's licence
